    I’ve had 1s and 2s and they are both fantastic but like the OP, I kinda lean more towards the 1s. Although I have to eat a healthy dose of crow as I was quite outspoken, a few years back, about not liking the rear cocking but have come to appreciate it on the bench.

    It would helpful to know your budget range Bill? If you want the absolute most accurate, bar none then look no further than a Thomas rifle. However, there are other options that will allow you to have fun and compete with at a lower entry cost. starting with an Avenger and going up $$ from there.

    @TheAirgunnero , we do something similar that we call “Heads Up” shooting. We will look through the scope and adjust the rifle for the expected POI and then hold our head up and watch the flags for the condition we want and when that condition presents itself, we break the shot.
