Quite a breeze today here on the Gulf of America. Lol. Five shot group at 40 yards. 6 pumps. On a still day (rare) much tighter. Best pellet I have found for my Steroid. I tried about a dozen. With a 4x scope.

All three are from 20-30+ years old. They are easy to find on sites like fleBay, pawn shops, gun shows etc. Takes some looking. Getting pretty pricey when in like new condition.

One thing you could try. Probably already have. Some stock to receiver configurations just do not yield a good cheek weld. I have had giver-uppers that when removing the scope and going to irons (peep) I found them very accurate. Could be be eye to scope issues. But for you Ron, don’t get sand...

I’m not a gloss fan either. But that has a shine that comes across like more of a satin. Sometimes when a satin is applied with many perfect coats it ends up looking more like a gloss. That is a very nice finish.

Totally agree. The one I did return was a poorly restored gun that they described e”excellent, as new”. Just an oversight by someone. They took it back (a little begrudgingly) and didn’t refund the shipping In paid.
