Crosman Broke out my .22 Nitro Venom after 9 years

I like dots on my Airguns. I use these on the harshest of Magnums. Hatsan 135. They hold up. EBAY. Cheap to.

It’s a Steve Corcoran stock. Same as your R7.

    Other Recommendations for 10yo?

HW30 is a wonderful rifle. Still a bit long and heavy for a youngster. Plus it’s pricey and why worry about the rough handling a youth will do. I bought these (X3 same thing) for my grandsons. They love them. Very accurate. Easy to cock and handle. Looks like Stoeger might be discontinuing this...

    Benjamin Benjamin 392 on steroids

Quite a breeze today here on the Gulf of America. Lol. Five shot group at 40 yards. 6 pumps. On a still day (rare) much tighter. Best pellet I have found for my Steroid. I tried about a dozen. With a 4x scope.

    Best Multi-pump

All three are from 20-30+ years old. They are easy to find on sites like fleBay, pawn shops, gun shows etc. Takes some looking. Getting pretty pricey when in like new condition.

    Beautiful collection you have. Congratulations!

Sheridan Sheridan Silver Streak Model F

What will you do for a rear sight after removing the factory one? It doesn’t look drilled for a Williams peep.

    N/A Gimme a Brake

Very impressive work. Can’t wait for the finished product. Stock looks like it will be gorgeous with good figure. How did you finish the the new (nice looking) muzzle brake?

Traditional Rifle Hatsan 95 Custom Carbine

Here are two Hatsan’s. 22 & 25 caliber. These have been customized into Carbines. Converted from Vortex ram to spring. Tuned with a piston sleeve for a smooth and twang free discharge. Trigger tune. Walnut stocks have been cut down along with the barrels. Deluxe butt pads. Sniper scopes with AO...

    Beeman Talk about pellet fussy.

One other thing to try. It’s cheap and very effective. Fun to. FleaBay. Free shipping.

    Beeman Talk about pellet fussy.

One thing you could try. Probably already have. Some stock to receiver configurations just do not yield a good cheek weld. I have had giver-uppers that when removing the scope and going to irons (peep) I found them very accurate. Could be be eye to scope issues. But for you Ron, don’t get sand...

To Strip or Not To Strip

I’m not a gloss fan either. But that has a shine that comes across like more of a satin. Sometimes when a satin is applied with many perfect coats it ends up looking more like a gloss. That is a very nice finish.

Not many out there with the original sticker. Congratulations!

To Strip or Not To Strip

Totally agree. The one I did return was a poorly restored gun that they described e”excellent, as new”. Just an oversight by someone. They took it back (a little begrudgingly) and didn’t refund the shipping In paid.

To Strip or Not To Strip

I saw that one on AOA. I’ve gotten a few from them. Two were winners and one went back. Their descriptions are vague at best. Good luck. It looks like a winner.

    Crosman 1968 Crosman 760 PowerMaster

That’s a dandy. Is it original or restored? If it’s restored someone did a good job.

To Strip or Not To Strip

That’s a beauty. Walniut is a gift to refinish and make beautiful. Beechwood is a pain. I did this JTS Airacuda also. I could see a nice grain figure hiding underneath the mud that was sprayed on. Top picture is the way it came. I almost sent it back but took a picture (rare thing for me to take...

To Strip or Not To Strip

Yes, good eye. I never like to get a picture of an ugly stock. I guess I don’t want to remember it that way. I searched for a good equivalent.
