Huben Huben GKI 22 caliber Pellets? any tight ones?

Now that's customer service! I didn't need to read your follow up message to know who you got your gun from.

Huben Huben GKI 22 caliber Pellets? any tight ones?

I feel similarly, if the cylinder can't retain the majority of the average pellets the problem is with the cylinder. You think given how this is a really central feature of the operation of the platform that this would be one thing that would be worked out at the very beginning. It should be the...

Airforce I finally bought a PCP. I hope the Condor SS Airforce in 25 does it.

Yeah best possible place to start and getting the SS is nice cause you don't have to mess with a moderator and uses the full volume of the shroud. 18 inch barrel was a real sweet spot for the valve on that gun I think. 24 inches get you more power but 18 is plenty and you can use heavier pellets...

AEA I can’t trust this gun. What now?

your experience more or less is the same as mine. Never seen such poorly QC'd products as the AEA guns that came through my hands. Garbage. Went through three trying to find one that works. Fortunately the vendor took responsibility and was willing to try to get me a working gun but they were...

    Other Airgun for Squirrel?

I am fortunately in a similar situation. I have rabbits, groundhogs, squirrel, deer, the occasional bear... everybody's behaving, no need for anyone to die. For whatever reason the critters leave my garden alone (probably because I suck at gardening). I gave up on the birdfeeder though because...

Huben All Things HUBEN GK1 (air pistol) - Master Thread

Similar to the Air Force guns. Is this true across the wide range of air guns?

Huben All Things HUBEN GK1 (air pistol) - Master Thread

Well here's something interesting which I just noticed. The weight of the projectile affects the amount of air used per shot. I just shot a magazine of .25 ~40 grain hollowpoint BBT's and the gun went from 350 down to 165 bar. When I shoot a magazine of the 20 grain H + N's the cylinder will...

    Snowpeak PP700 transfer port

Jefferson state air rifles sells / used to sell replacement breech blocks for a reasonable price with different size transfer ports, all of them larger than the stock transfer ports. You can buy one in 22 or .177. They are well-made and even have a little groove designed into them to assist with...

    The $2000 dollar gun.

"AEA they are the leader and error gun advancements" This statement, with typo, is accurate. I have never had products with as many errors in design as the three AEA guns that unfortunately passed through my hands (in my effort to find one that could get through a couple of magazines without...

    257 vs 25

The mold is available from MP molds but you would have to get someone to modify it for hollow points. The price was good if I recall and it is an eight cavity mold - they don't try to get you to pay a premium for a few extra cavities.

    Aea sw 45

I tried with AEA but could never get mine to stay operational. My .357 max had significant hammer bounce when full - shots that would consume 3x the normal air for a single shot, and extra loud. If that is a semi auto maybe the hammer is bouncing and firing again? Not sure how that would work in...

    257 vs 25

As far as I know the main benefit is the availability of molds to cast certain weight and shaped projectiles like the 257-420, 85 grain spitzer and a couple of others. It's not that there's anything magical about that difference in diameter, I believe it's more about the availability of molds...

AEA Question from a noob re: M 50 and/or air compressor

I have a feeling this is just a matter of closing the bleed valve. There is a knob that allows you to release the pressure in the hose after filling the gun. It needs to be closed before you start filling or else the air never gets pumped through. I found this random image of a compressor, here...

What pistol did you shoot today

Took out the .357 Rex P. Have some peep sights on there (large aperture flipped up for off-hand shooting) and an empty rocker1 ldc pickle on the end to take the edge off the report. I know the sights have to be way off because they have been reset a couple of times and it's been years since I...
