That Williams sight comes standard with a large iris. Not ideal for target shooting as you need to think about centering the front sight in such a large opening. plenty of options are available for a smaller iris including some cool ghost ring and target direct from Williams.

That’s not how the sight is installed. It is tapped for a special Williams sight on the other side. Later models all came drilled and tapped. You can drill and tap earlier models to install the sight.
