If you want to fill the cartridges to 4500 psi, you don't need a regulator, just a fill valve. I don't know anything about the cartridges but a .5 liter bottle will start losing pressure right away when you fill. Depending on their volume, you may only be able to fill one cartridge to 4500...

Hi, The referenced power supply is not a GX power supply. It is a generic, general purpose 12 volt 600 watt power supply. My friend is using it to temporarily power his CS4-i while he waits for GX to send him a replacement for the interior CS4-i power supply that failed. JackHughs
