I got out my 0.22 Cayden yesterday and found that it lost all it's air over the winter. So I pump it up to 2800 psi per both my pump and gun gauges and found a leak from around the threads of the foster fitting. I took the fitting off and wrapped teflon tape around the threads and pumped it...
I would like to give a shout out to Airforce Airguns and Rachel in particular for great customer service. I had an issue with an order that she worked diligently on with me and we were able to resolve to my complete satisfaction. It are companies and employees like her that deserve our...
I have an SL30 and it is definitely LOUD! You would certainly need a moderator. Depending on the distance you plan on shooting it may be a bit of an overkill but would certainly kill. Mine puts out 115 fpe shooting 50.15 gr pellets.
Not to confuse the issue, but another solid contender would be a Gauntlet SL30. Mine shoots 50.15 gr JSBs at 986 fps which is 108 FPE. It is a bit on the loud side so I added a Buck Rail moderator.
I agree, I've always been suspicious of his reviews. They always seem way too positive and his "negative" comments are usually some minor nitpicking thing that doesn't really matter.
I guess I'm all four. At last count I was up to 66 air guns of all types including pistols, springers, multi-pumps, CO2, PCP's. But I have been playing with air guns for over 60 years so that is barely more than 1 for each year.😆
I just received a 90 cu. in. Benjamin tank. It took about 45 minutes to fill it from 0 to 4500 psi with my GX CS4 compressor. What do most of you use for a carrying case/bag for these tanks?
When I was a kid back in the 60's every town had a town dump. My buddies and I spent many hours shooting rats at the dumps with 22's. It was a common activity and no one ever seemed to care.
I love the app because it can identify a bird by the sound that they make. Often times I will hear a bird but not see it and the app will identify the bird.
My wife's dog. When we got married she had this little white dog that was really a nice dog. One day I was sitting in the living room with a CO2 bb pistol. I had shot the gun several times to make sure it was empty. The dog walked by so I thought I would scare it with a blast of air from the...
My first pcp was a Benjamin Discovery that was marked down for clearance when the local Gander Mountain was going out of business. It came packaged with a hand pump, I think it was around 2017. It's a really good little shooter but has developed a leak I'll have to try and fix this winter.
