N/A Alias Airguns tiny CO2 Pistols

I'm a-thinkin' she might be a bit light for Extreme Field Target use, so probably gonna have to fabricate an adapter for my knee-riser/low center of gravity ballast stabilizer-

    I did a thing

In my opinion, based on experience and observations, to avoid coming away from an FT match after using a springer the gun should be at least as heavy as possible to handle (preferably without a crane), and tuned to the nth degree by a spring-piston magician. Just sayin'; not criticizin'. Matter...

This upsets me because it is not helpful

Considering the frequency of posts soliciting recommendations for unicorns, I've stopped wasting time attempting to help those uninterested in helping themselves (by using the SEARCH function to open a library of posts and responses to inquiries like theirs). I save countless hours of my...

Help choosing a Pistol for HFT.

I would recommend a 1960s vintage, $17.95 MSRP Crosman model 187 Co2 rifle converted to regulated HPA bottle pistol- 😳 🤣 Y'all knew THAT was coming. .

    The Amazing China airguns.

    Must've been thirty some-odd years ago that I bought a Sportsman QB77 Chinese-made copy of the legendary 1960s vintage Croamsn 167 dual-cartridge Co2 rifle for $159 (brand new)- My first 3 fifty-yard, three-shot groups measured .30", .40" and .50" center-to-center. She's since undergone many...

N/A Alias Airguns tiny CO2 Pistols

Being the most enthusiastic Co2 freak still living, I investigated those last year only to find them unavailable in the U.S. Warms my heart to see Airguns Of Arizona selling them... and will probably lighten my wallet soon. 💸 .

    Crosman Crosman blaser 455 help

I doubt you'll locate an original replacement. Replicate it from a similar-thickness, similar-durometer synthetic material with a paper or leather punch and scissors; perhaps from any number of plastic bottle-caps, Tupperware, credit cards, etc.

    Field Target Pistol

I've owned two 1720s, and both were tack-drivers capable of the 12 foot pound AAFTA pistol power limit simply by drilling the transfer-port out; a SIMPLE 15 minute job. All details of my testing and tuning of both are in the attachment below; kind of a short-course on 1720s for FT. FWIW, after...

N/A Making an airgun something it was not intended to be

Thanks for the nice feedback Bobby, but seeing what you, Scott and others can do (not only with machinery, but machining SKILLS and creativity) impresses me immensely. For instance, though I've considered how awesome a Red Wolf pistol might be, never thought it possible! Then you show up with...

N/A Making an airgun something it was not intended to be

In my opinion, a more upright, less contorted shooting position. Also less pistolesque. FWIW, had the liberal voices prevailed the only difference between an Open Class FT rifle and an FT pistol would be a pistol grip instead of a butt-stock. .

N/A Making an airgun something it was not intended to be

Being the individual most responsible for Pistol Field Target rules, I can explain it. I was not only one of the five PFT rules committee members (plus a Chairman) assembled by AAFTA to compose a set of pistol rules for the Board Of Governors to consider, but am also the individual that...
