Airforce Ok Im ready for a .357 air rifle. Which one?

My SS is being sent to airforce.....many issues. After the valve poppet split the safety would get stuck on. Then cocking lever got rough to move and stuck. Pulled it apart per airforce instructions. No lube and loose screws inside gouged up the internals.

FX Should the FX Dynamic in .35 cal Be Considered in the "Big Bore Airgun Hunting" Category?

I would not deer hunt with a 100 ft pound .30 cal. Yes it Could take one out at close range with a proper head shot but there is so much room for error. Then there is the legal factor. Louisiana allows .30 cal with 150 grain minimum for airguns. Check your states airgun laws. Still I know...

Airforce My Texan .357 Carbine and SS experiences and chrono results

Shot the gun today experimenting with diffrent holds Found it likes to be held firm. Talked to Airforce via email and explained having to cycle the cocking lever to release the saftey. The informed me that the issue is caused by a soace/washer on the wrong spring and to move it to the sear...

New Member Intro & Caliber questions

My non magnum bulldogs both responded the same to home casted ammo I use all Lee Precision molds I started buying casted pistol rounds until I figured out what it liked. Once that was done I looked for Lee's similar round. GT bullets is an excellent place to start. 380,9mm,..357 and .38 can...

FX Should the FX Dynamic in .35 cal Be Considered in the "Big Bore Airgun Hunting" Category?

Back in the day .25 cal and up were "Big Bore" .357 is my favorite caliber. The most molds avalible. .380,9mm,.357 and .38.....all within a couple thousands of an inch of each other. The Benjiman Bulldog shoots them all. For the home caster. 357 is where it's at.

Airforce My Texan .357 Carbine and SS experiences and chrono results

I was aware of the power loss but there is almost no data online on the .357......its kinda of an oddity in a Texan. Personally the amount of pistol molds avalible I love it. With .357 I have .380,9mm,.357 and .38 molds to choose from. I'm not willing to spend $600-$800 to gain more power on...

What's the best Depinger for the Bulldog?

I bought one. If you used a noise reduction device it helps with a high pitch sound the pressure change in the tube makes. With no noise reduction device you never hear that high pitch sound I removed mine when my pitbull mega moderator failed and never looked back. As far as taking up air...
