    Chair gun Pro problem

DaveF, I appreciate your determination to get this resolved. Curious, how many shots are you taking before you determine the POI results for any distance or location?

An interesting observation: Royale 500 .25 vs Wildcat .25

I'd like to see if Ted's results are repeatable across other production Wildcats. Personally I own a Bobcat MK2, but I can fully appreciate the drama that is unfolding here - especially since I just chrony'd my Bobcat yesterday with the 33.95 heavies and wasn't blessed with the same results as...

JSB .25 34g Heavy Pellets (FX Barrels)

Just found my JSB 33.95 (.25) caliber heavies on my front steps. Chrony'd them at 795 FPS in my Bobcat. As for loading on my FX rotary magazine - surprisingly easy and problem free. YES!! I feel a slight bit of pressure when pushing into the breech - but if you weren't paying attention -...

JSB .25 34g Heavy Pellets (FX Barrels)

CJ_86 - Thanks for the info/pics! Damn nice groups any day of the week. Since we are both using the same rifle - this gets me stoked to give those heavies a go - will be delivered on Monday (I ordered the non-MKII [original] JSB Heavies which I believe Ted is nutzo about in his FX). Still a...

    Chair gun Pro problem

DaveF, When was the last time you Chrony'd the speed (FPS) of your current setup? Your trajectory seems to have a higher mid-point arc which would be typical for a 50 yard zero point with a corresponding slower pellet speed.

    Chair gun Pro problem

DaveF, Getting the different components to "align" can be a bit tricky - but when it happens - you'll love it. I have a Bobcat MK2 (.25) and the ChairGun app is spot on with real world results. Some thoughts for you... time to check a number of things. Are you shooting level (or canting...

cant hit birds out of trees?

Technically speaking - the scope longitudinal axis can intersect ("kiss") the top of the trajectory (parabolic) arc providing for only ONE zero point. Now this has limits depending on the distances you wish to shoot - however the statement that two zero points exists is technically not...

JSB New Heavy .25 cal Kings 100 yards half inch group and normal Kings group.

Harry/Ted - Can either of you provide a link to these NEW JSB .25 Heavy pellets? I'm confused whether we are talking about the MK1 or MK2 versions. FYI - I plan to use these in my FX Bobcat.25 MK2. With gratitude!

Tvnoober - You got this one! Good luck and let us know if you need anything further. We are all here to help.

JSB .25 34g Heavy Pellets (FX Barrels)

Ted - Can you clear this up? In your Facebook photo of your hoard of .25 JSB Heavy pellets - the tin labels are missing the MK2 label, yet the number stamped on the box seems to correspond to the new MK2 pellets. Just exactly WHAT are you shootin' friend? Thanks!

cant hit birds out of trees?

Hi TVNoober, Here's a critical piece of information that escapes many new shooters..... When shooting at incline/decline - you calculate the horizontal shot distance between you and your target - that's the critical distance you are aiming. Example: You are on level ground and are 10 yards...

JSB .25 34g Heavy Pellets (FX Barrels)

Thanks all for the replies! I'm going to give those JSB MK1 heavies a go once they arrive. Still in search of the magic pellet.

FX Bobcat .25 (Barrel Shroud Lead Dust) - Where is this coming from??

Thanks 30cal, that was my line of thinking as well (e.g. some holes placed near the end of the shroud (breech end) to improve air dynamics). I searched existing shroud images to see whether these holes existed - no avail. Since the gun seems to be operating well, I don't have enough reason to...

JSB .25 34g Heavy Pellets (FX Barrels)

Bump... Can anyone comment whether the FX plastic rotary magazine is compatible with the JSB (.25) 34g Heavy Pellets? And, anyone recommend the MK1 or MK2 pellets in terms of accuracy? Thanks!

FX Bobcat .25 (Barrel Shroud Lead Dust) - Where is this coming from??

Hi Everyone! Got a new FX Bobcat MK2 (.25) that seems to be working great. Getting ~75 consistent shots at 912 (avg FPS). Accuracy is usually good. At this time I have placed nearly 900 pellets through the barrel - but recently noticed this thin LEAD DUST accumulation on the outside of the...

JSB .25 34g Heavy Pellets (FX Barrels)

It appears that pellet size isn't an issue for the all metal Wildcat mag. How about those that are using the traditional FX plastic.25 caliber magazines? For the Royale and Bobcat do y'all recommend the JSB MK1 or MK2 pellets?

JSB .25 34g Heavy Pellets (FX Barrels)

Hi Everyone! i currently own a .25 Bobcat MK2 and would like to play around with the JSB heavy pellets. Can anyone share their experience with the 34g MK1 vs MK2 pellets in terms of ease of magazine loading and accuracy? Thanks much!

FX Bobcat MK2 .25 (Additional Sound Moderator Benefit?)

Ronin001 - Have you done this with an FX? You might be onto something here in terms of managing airflow. I however lack the b#lls to go at my new Bobcat MK2 with a drill! :) Cheers!

FX Bobcat MK2 .25 (Additional Sound Moderator Benefit?)

Yes, does look like some Huggett moderators use an internal metal frame, which supports the screen which holds back the sound deadening batting material. Note: Not my photo - cant take credit for it. http://i268.photobucket.com/albums/jj18/McHorse/MilbroHuggett-2-1.jpg The lead dust...

FX Bobcat MK2 .25 (Additional Sound Moderator Benefit?)

Thanks for the feedback all. I agree with CJ_86 that overall shroud length matters as I too am also loathe to increase the snout of this "carbine." (Again CJ_86) - Its also interesting that you found no real "difference" with the three additional moderators installed. That's the feedback I...
