@Powerage I've tested both .217 and .218 in both PL & SL. Ive found that for me the 217 shot best from the pellet liner while the 218 did better fron the slug liner.

Hey Edosan, I believe you and I were probably on the same experiment close to about a year ago. And I too came to the conclusion then that indeed you can shoot slugs from pellet liners. I've shoot up to 26 grains at .217 successfully. I've settled for 22.5 grains in the end during that time...

Yeah, i was told it can be a toss up from liner to liner. Sometimes it's the slug as well that may be a bit off. So many variables
