Well, I have the same problem, but your approach did not fix it. Basically this means the FX fitting is not working at all.... What did Best Fittings say?

Ok, 300cc bottle arrived today. Installed it and fits like a glove! Did not even had to remove the spacer. the Sumo seems to be no problem! at all Shot count is now around 50. Only drawback is you loose most of the pressure if you screw/unscrew a pressurized bottle, but I can live with that...

Well; pulled the trigger 😁 and ordered the 300cc bottle and the removal tool (was cheaper then ordering the bottle without valve and a valve). Should receive it still this week. Did a lot of measuring and picture analysis and I assume it will fit if I remove the spacer while keeping the Sumo on.

Indeed Sumo and Tatsu are the same, I wanted to say Tanto Thanks all. Contacted Best fittings for more details. I plan to remove the spacer or replace with a thinner one. I don't see why the spacer in my case is needed. Will keep you posted
