    Field Target Pistol

I got a real 1720T from camsprecisionairguns with Cameron's proprietary mods and I can attest to the accuracy potential of this platform. Mine is as accurate as any air gun I own within the 35 yard max distance for pistol FT.

    FWB Found a gem.

Crow, the accessories MDriskill showed you include that little bipod that secures nicely to the accessory rail under the FWB300S fore arm. I have several and used one on my 300S when I shot silhouette competition. They're really nice to set your 300 down on, keeping the gun vertical rather...

    FWB Found a gem.

Crow, tell the seller you'll find a rear sight iris yourself, ask the seller to compensate you whatever the two of you think is a fair amount and buy yourself a Gehmann 510 described above. I bought one and really like it. I also got carried away and wanted some more bling so bought a...

    Other Today's pawnshop finds

Nice. I'm guessing the internet makes pawn shop bargains hard to come by anymore.

    The range

Wow! You have an air gun for every spinner and a spinner for every air gun, lol. Love it.

Where theres a need is there a product ?

Someone else suggested felt cleaning pellets. I never thought of those. load one felt pellet then pour some #12 down the bore. As long as you keep the gun pointed up you're fine, otherwise load a second felt pellet on top of the bird shot from the muzzle with a cleaning rod. A powerful .22...

Where theres a need is there a product ?

Better yet is a badminton racket. Much lighter and nimbler than a tennis racket...you can swat three times as fast with it. We keep one on hand camping for yellow jackets around the table, on the boat and in the duck blind for those big nasty wasps that nest in the bamboo. It's pretty...

Where theres a need is there a product ?

A wrist rocket sling shot with a pinch of bird shot is super easy and shouldn't alarm neighbors if they see you shooting up into the air. I actually killed a few birds with one using #8 shot when I was a kid. Bird shot comes in 25 lb. bags and costs $70 each or 11 lb. bags on line for $48...

    Rookie Mistakes?

Kept buying tickets on the Magnum Mania train. Took R1lover many years to realize less was sometimes more. I've since added a stable of mid and low power springers (everything HW and FWB).

    HW/Weihrauch Plug Screw Availability

They are M5x0.5 size. Typical hardware stores carry M5x0.8. You can find M5x0.5 on line but none with the finely cut slot in the head Beeman used to offer. I’ve found hex head M5x0.5 on line but they don’t look much better that the bare hole.

    Crosman 1720T ?

Had the same issue. I bought a EDgun EaZy quick fill trigger so I never have to worry if/how much air I lose when filling during a match. Gun's check valve closes instantly upon releasing the EaZy fill trigger. Line pressure from tank stays up.

Crosman M1 Carbine BB Guns, Old and New

How cool that you still have your 1968 BB gun. I wish I had one or two of my oldies. Back then they broke and got thrown away. Nobody considered that 50 or 60 years from then those old guns, broken or not, would have sentimental value. Heck, probably nobody considered we kids would still be...

Beeman First Groups with used Beeman R9 .20

JSB 13.73's have been called the .20 cal gold standard by others and a couple of my guns prefer them, but at 12 fpe you're only getting 630 fps. If FTT 11.42's come close in accuracy, I'd use those. You'll get 690 fps.

IIRC anything that "casts a projectile" is forbidden to use in our city limits.

I have been officially shut down!

When you do I'll warm up the chops and bring my trumpet over.....we'll play a few Maynard Ferguson tunes for your neighbor, lol (Yeah, I got called one night by a neighbor while in college and asked to quit practicing Hey Jude).
