If there isn’t anyone else next in line I just canceled a order for a HW98 in .20 cal. They just received it today. I canceled because I bought a 97 instead.

Airguns of Arizona has the Weihrauch HW95N in .20 caliber Walnut in stock. I have two 95s both in .22 they are very accurate. I think both my HW97’s in .22 and .20 are easier to shoot better, if that makes sense.

I have a HW97KT the t stands for thumb hole stock. The thing weighs a ton with a scope but it is super consistent and not as hold sensitive as any of my other springers. Even the hw97k without the thumb hole stock has a decent amount of weight and its shoots so well

I already ordered a stock from craftsman vit. I only bought it in blue because it was the only .20 cal available. I contacted Vit and l am having him add a hamster to it for field target competition.

I did get the new cocking shoe and she’s all together again. Shooting 17ftlbs now but very accurate. Put a craftsman Vit mountain camo stock and an impulse air silencer on it. I had to order my parts from a place in the UK also called Airgun spares & the countrystore gunshop.

I just purchased a .20 hw97 from Airguns of Arizona. It was the one with the blue stock though, only .20 i could find available new. They might still have some in stock.

I think the only difference between the two is the stocks and barrel options. I gave my brother one of my 95 luxus and it was amazingly accurate. I was shooting it back to back with my brand new 97 and the only limiting factor was the different scopes. I love the 98 stocks adjustability so out...

Airguns of Arizona refunded me the cost of the vortek pg4 kit . I even told them that i modded the kit to try and make it work and its not returnable anymore. They still refunded me. That’s great customer service.

Still waiting for the cocking shoe. Ordered it on Dec. 2nd

I tried a Vortek pg4 in a hw95 it grinded the cocking shoe against the skinny spring guide so bad. I trade three recommended mods to the kit and none of them worked. I ended up ordering all new internals and a new cocking shoe. It was a huge disaster and is going to cost more than what i saved...
