I've assembled and disassembled multiple times now, touched up the face of the valve with some very fine grit emery cloth. However, I still seem to have a leak coming out of the port with the grub screw. That o-ring has been changed out, and I've also tried applying some silicone oil to it. Is...

That's the only thing that makes sense to me. I'm guessing that delrin "poppet" isn't correctly sealing against the valve face, allowing air to go through to the barrel. Perhaps a quick blast of air will get it to seat, perhaps I need to touch up the face of that valve some more.

An o-ring is much easier to fix then having to replace the other parts! Do you know what size o-ring that is by chance?

Okay, so tried both the silicon grease and double loading pellets, and have found that a new leak path has emerged, it's now leaking through the hole where the grub screw for the transfer port resides. Any idea why it might be coming out of that hole?

Sorry, what exactly are you suggesting needs a good whack with a rubber mallet? I did not remove the hammer and spring, I could try that to see if that helps.
