    Just an update guys: I ended up dropping off my Sheridan to Baker and just got it back today!!! They were extremely fast at shipping it back to me. I did find out it is a 1949 sheridan model c that needed new gaskets and a new piston. 100 dollars later shes brand new! Thanks for all the help here

    It looks like there anywhere between 10-85 dollars. That's what there asking for online for a tin, I have 3 of the red ones and two gray tins pretty much completely full , I'm thinking of just hanging on to those and buying new ammo. Who knows what a full tin will go for some day

    So I looked at a book about the history of sheridan rifles, and from the design of it it is a 1949 or 1950 silver streak model C. Where exactly should I be putting oil into ? Where it slides ? Or do I need to take it apart to do that

    Wikipedia seems to think its between 1949-1950 because it does not have a made in USA stamp, which allegedly they put on in 1951 says wiki... not sure how creditable that is

    Thank you for that information! I will try and oil it up tomorrow to see if its working! The pump slides fine and the gun clicks when you load it, it just doesnt hold a charge!

    There is no serial number, my grandfather said he got it in the early 40s but with little research I didnt think it was possible, I also believe it is a model c but I'm not sure
