The stock looks like its been coddled by a loving hand, the metal parts not so much. Look at the breach, the chatter marks make me want to break out the honing compound and get to work.

Has anybody thought about the ballistic profile of a 22-250 slug adapted to a PCP? I'm thinking of a heavy .177 round similarly shaped to a 22-250 shot out at 1100fps (just below the speed of sound ).

Who wants to tell me what the barrel shroud does? In the pictures posted I don't see any porting between the barrel and the shroud, is the shroud more for looks? Does the shroud reduce the direct solar gain thus reducing thermal barrel droop? Fill me in.

I've been under the impression that the barrel shroud is a chamber to collect gas, like a moderator does. The pictures don't show porting into the space between the barrel and the shroud, am I wrong about what I see?

I didn't read the rules very well last week, I have served in both the Coast Guard and Air Force. $1985.50 I don't know what I will do with my springer if I win this. Thanks for doing what you do, all of you.
