    HW/Weihrauch HW50S - Out of Box

Yes, it is supposed to be there. It is where the breech and barrel fork is welded or soldered to the main tube.

What springer did you shoot today?

No springers today, trying to beat the heat by wrapping up early. Crosman Model 107 Town&Country. Not a powerhouse, but with .177 Hobbys it has given many chipmunks the good news. It is plain fun to shoot, and it stood fence duty today. A pair of Challenger Plainsman .22 pneumatic rifles...

    N/A Have you seen Walnut.Black?

We mere mortals can only strive to achieve that level of coolness. Speaking for myself, I would render hard currency for a curated tour of that collection! There are a few more collections (hoards?) out there that I hold the same sentiment towards as well. The beauty of this hobby and...

RWS how do or did you like the RWS,Diana model 46?

You have to accept the 46 for what it is power wise, but once you get past that point what you have is a solid performing rifle with entirely acceptable accuracy for pesting or plinking. Mine is kitted with a PG2 Vortek kit, and is pretty docile to shoot. It earned a spot in the rack due to...

RWS how do or did you like the RWS,Diana model 46?

Diana Model 46E. The 'E' model was a beech stocked version with no checkering panels and no raised cheekpiece.

N/A Czech Vz35 and Anschutz Hakim Military Training Air Rifles

The condition of both examples is outstanding. The usual examples encountered, at least by me, look like they spent their life behind the seat of a dump truck. Thanks for sharing them, they are very nice!

    HW/Weihrauch HW50 LOVE

You will like it at 9 to 10 fpe. Both of my 50s are leather sealed, so I am down around that power level. They are real sweethearts, in manners and accuracy both!

HW/Weihrauch One out, one left to sell and one incoming. That's my last air rifle. For real this time.

Being a Beeman product, I would think that being in .20 would add a little cachet to the pistol seeing as how .20 was the Docs pet caliber. Set it up in .20 and include the .177 barrel would be my tactic.

It might sound silly, but the old Kentucky Long Rifle finish would look stunning with that figure.

    N/A Diana 75 front sight

If your front sight is 35 MM centerline to centerline, then that is the high front sight. If there is no riser under your rear sight, you will need a 10 MM rear riser to level up your sight plane. Or look around for a Diana 75 HV rear riser.

Thanks Stan. I was fortunate to find this one, it's in very nice condition compared to the earlier one that I acquired.

What springer did you shoot today?

Russian made Baikal IZH 60 and IZH 61 The 60 is a single shot, while the 61 has a 5 shot biathlon style magazine. The magazine is visible on top of the pellet tin if you zoom in.

What springer did you shoot today?

The patio defense force deployed for a live fire exercise this afternoon. I'm not saying that I have a favorite, but, you will notice that one gets used substantially more often than the other.....
