Why not tune your Benjamin cayden for desired ft/lbs? My backyard Cayden's setup for 15ft/lbs, gets me abouts 115+ shots from 3000 to 2000psi. Hammer spring shortened to 2.8", rifles far more efficient, refill is minutes with handpump, easy peezy.

22lr standard or subsonic loads will be highly effective up close and personal with minimal noise.
