Retuned* my U2 177 with 18gr take aim slugs to shoot 1002-1014fps. Last night I took the notos apart and added the 8.8g hammer. Currently getting too much hammer bounce, it quiet literally went from single shot to full auto. Gotta either find a heavy hammer spring or stiffer valve spring.

The AEA's is most series have had one issue or another. The bolt or side cocking ones usually being the most reliable ones. I've seen the 45's blos the plastic lid from the magazine. Never heard any issues with the challenger, challenger elite, or the Zeus variant.

I have a slug barrel, it's unchoked 1:17.7 it shoots most slugs submoa with no wind at 100yds and beyond. The issue with these piledrivers is that they are .176, not .1776 but .176. They might work better in a choked better but 90% of airguns dont have the juice to push these above 800fps

Several of us have spoken with them and they have no plans to bring them back. I have about 9 tins of them and they can shoot well but not as good as what's out there already. My U2 177 600mm pushes them above 1000fps

I chronographed the notos, and it is now doing 805-810 with just the crc plenum. Gonna be installing the low force peek valve, ported valve and cocking handle.

I've used them out to 178yds running them at 1020 out of the impact (jsb ko) and they are still killer. Zan are great at accuracy but since changing the formula they are definitely harder than they used to be and much more expensive now at $22-$24 especially if you buy directly from zans...
