I am trying to get the max fps out of my Mk2 PP 25 cal (with a slug power kit) & have turned the hammer spring screw so far in that one side has come out of the hammer adjuster it also seems to be backing out so i have put some nail polish to stop it.

For an 18 grain pellet a tungsten hammer is too much for it unless you use very minimum power adjustment and 150+bar. The tungsten hammer is for around 150 bar and high energy levels. You should be able to send a jsb 18 nearly if not entirely supersonic with stock components.

The Marauder is probably one of the simplest and least leak prone PCPs. The rifle needs to be resealed. And it would be prudent to determine first where it is leaking from. Tightening the hammer spring adjustment or TP restriction has nothing to do with a leak or no leak.

If your reg was at 90b from factory 3/8 lower should put you really low… like 50-60b low. I think thats (way) too low for the reg, I’d go 1/8 in at least… On other thing: did you ah e to carve out some part of the stock to make the hammer adjust fit? If not your hammer is probably still too...
