Life is too short to compromise, so I didn’t waste time and just got well-reviewed springers like the Diana 54 and the Weihrauch HW97. And I’m not disappointed.

As a new guy myself, PCPs definitely have a much higher cost of entry with all the necessary equipment. But they are easier to shoot accurately and have multiple shot capability. Springers OTOH don’t require anything else except pellets and glass if irons aren’t present. But they do require...
