Hatsan Opinions on buying a cheap Hatsan springer and modifying it vs buying higher end Hatsan.

I spent the 1st 2 years of shooting & learning about airguns with Hatsan. I learned a lot & became pretty proficient with them. I'm not a hater of Hatsans but just far more pragmatic about them after experience with other manufacturers. The difference in build quality is undeniable but I still...

After years here of reading about problems with 1st releases I've vowed to always wait for the 2nd version

Huben K1 - Is there a way to repair or re-calibrate the tank gauge? [Solved]

If you're referring to my response, I never said yours would be cheap as I'm not familiar with that equipment. I said IF it's like MOST airguns. Guess it's not. Hope you have good luck repairing.

Other Need help with safety removal

Why do so many people ask for help while neglecting to mention gun specifics? (Brand, caliber, etc.?) Rhetorical question!

    50 yards

How much money do you have for an airgun? "BEST" has determining factors. Be it budget, aesthetics, intended use, preferred caliber, type of projectiles....... You see where I'm going with this? "BEST" can be situational, it's not & never will be the same for everyone! One person's best could be...

FX Crown Match Trigger (FX Boss) New Video Released

Boss trigger can be a royal PIA if all adjustment screws aren't balanced out. I personally prefer the simplicity & ease of adjustment on the Royale trigger. Never understood why they complicated that on the Boss with an extra screw or two. (I own both)

Pump vs Compressor on a Zelos?

Do you drain moisture every 5 minutes or so for a few seconds (3-5) or only after it got to 3k? With the YH it's best to drain every few minutes or you'll get too much water build up in the cyclonic separator.

Huben K1 - Is there a way to repair or re-calibrate the tank gauge? [Solved]

No way to repair or recalibrate our cheap gauges. Get a new one to replace the old. Not familiar personally with Hubens but if they're like most others as far as the gauge (manometer) they can be found for cheap. Just make sure of the thread size for your gun. The $7 one I put on my FX Boss has...

Pump vs Compressor on a Zelos?

Wow Luis! Had no idea you'd gone through so many compressors. Why? Are you that hard on them? Not pointing fingers, just curious.

N/A Please recommendations please for very accurate target .177 or .22 air rifle for an adult....up to $600 max

You'd probably get more bang for your buck (literally) if you peruse the Classifieds here for sellers with a good reputation & rating. I've seen an FX Bobcat .22 for $600. That's an upper tier, incredibly accurate & quiet gun. Maybe it's still available (but that's just an example).

    Compressor damaging internals

Takes about 15 or 20 seconds to air up a gun bottle from a tank. Heard it takes a couple or 3 minutes from a compressor.

    What brand CF tank ?

"Anything else I should look at ?" Yes, a compressor & used SCBA tank! You can get BOTH for less than one of those new Great White tanks.
