    STO Brevitas II mini review

...the .30, .22 long rifle loud. The Buckrail while not quiet by any means has a lot more subdued sound. Just for the heck of it I took my BSA R10 SE .22 mod off and put the Bravitas 2 on and it sounded like a hi powered rifle going off  My opinion is that on the .. Crown MK2 .22...

Need someone to rebuild a BSA R10 bottle valve

See my post from July 2023. BSA R10 - “Buddy Bottle” broke off Yours is likely made of brass Like mine that rotted due to moisture. I bought a new bottle with SS nozzle from Martin at Airguns USA. Motorhead is likely the most trusted one to fix it.

    BSA BSA Mercury S 177

Thought I'd share one of my first adult airguns. I think 1979 manufacture. Early 80's I was just eyeballing Beemans at the local dealer and had fired one in the warehouse. Went to another sporting goods store and found this BSA Mercury S used with the box and a 4x Redfield rimfire scope mounted...

N/A Recommendations for a British PCP

...(36.5") and weight (6.1#). A close competitor is the AA S510 XS at 37.5" and 6.4# and about the same price as the Daystate. Finally, the BSA R10 is tempting mainly due to the fact that it is about $700 cheaper than the others. Are the others $700 better? I mainly shoot 50 yards and less...

To Strip or Not To Strip

That’s a beauty. Walniut is a gift to refinish and make beautiful. Beechwood is a pain. I did this JTS Airacuda also. I could see a nice grain figure hiding underneath the mud that was sprayed on. Top picture is the way it came. I almost sent it back but took a picture (rare thing for me to take...

    N/A Where to begin

...really go in on budget pcp. Once I went tier 1 which is about $1400 and up. But you FEEL how smooth they operate. If that’s steep, maybe a BSA R10 , it’s older style, but smooth center bolt cocking. Also a CX-4 compressor for about $480 is so far a decent, reliable filler of air tanks and guns.

Brocock/BRK If I could have only one PCP.....

Tough one for sure. I rate my Katran #1 #2 would be FX Royale tied with (and this one surprised eve me) BSA R10 #3 HW100 tied with Brocock Bantam

Whatever happened to the Predator Polymag?

I've had a few really love them. .177 BSA R10 and a Taipan Veteran Standard .25. I've had .22s that liked them also. Just hard for me to give up any accuracy over a standard diabolo. But I'd say 50yds and in they are fantastic and really pack a punch. I know lots of people love Hades but I never...

N/A Looking to get into PCP

Alright boys, AoA sweet talked me. I got the BSA R10 SE in .22 and the EC3000 for 1798.99 to my door. WAY more than I was wanting to spend but buy once cry once, right. On tacswap rn looking for an optic. What's everyone's preference for ammo considering I want to single handedly make starlings...

Introduction: New to air rifles again again

Yes. it is the Regal with the bolt action. You can get a new Revere (side lever) at Airguns of Arizona for $1099 or a BSA R10 for $799. I love both rifles . . . traditional walnut and steel and laser accurate. Thye R10 is also bolt action. If the xtra 300 for the Daystate is no problem, go...

    Just curious…..

I had something similar to that on a BSA R10. Turned out to be the chrome plating on the bolt flaking off.

    BSA BSA R10 Mk 2

Wish more members here with BSA's could be more reactive. Although I don't have the R10 but others I find to be real nice. More traditional in a way if there is such a thing in a recent trend. Like all sporting guns and gear I lean towards the older school of thought. Just some ramblings here...

    BSA BSA R10 SE Walnut

AOA has the R10 marked down to 699.00 which is a killer deal, I think they were a bit higher then that awhile back. Well Ive been adding one to my cart and taking it out for the last couple months but at that price it stayed in this time so should be getting it next week sometime hopefully...

    N/A Quality trouble free PCP

If you want a trouble free PCP, the closest is a one o'ring (on the bottle) older non regulated Rapid, simple built to last and yup, just ONE O'ring! But, your BSA R10 is as good as it gets at 50yds.

BSA BSA-way late on this brand

I bought a brand new R10 SE from Airguns of Arizona. It is by far the best $800 steel and walnut rifle in my inventory. Zero complaints. Laser beam accurate. A real looker too! https://www.airgunsofarizona.com/precharged-pcp/bsa-r10-se-walnut-air-rifle/
