first off pellets do not know if there going in a rifle or a pistol,pistols are a lot harder to shot.I would get a good Daisey717 747, something like that. Benjamim Marauder or the Crossman 1701 are great PCP that can be hand pumped.Just bring the pump to the range.

Was my first PCP too. Sold it last year. Only problem i ever had was the small air tube. It always hit what I was aiming at, dozens of squirrels at 20-40 yards without a miss.

This raises a good question. Should we check and possibly re-crown the barrels of all of our PCP‘s? And all the topic, what is the consensus about whether we should clean all PCP bores before first shooting? And how about honing the bores? As I remember, firearms people (of which I am one)...

Good thing the barrels for the X are relatively cheap - which leads us back to the start of the problem lol. This is also my first PCP, and I've only had her for a few weeks, so I'm not trying to screw it up too badly yet!

Could be a very special PCP if they work correctly and are as accurate as their non-semi auto counter-parts. I will be in line next to every other taipan fan if they are for version 1.2. And the company will sure make money hand over first.
