Which air compressor are you rocking?

I use a GX CS1-I with Built-in Power Apdater,Auto Stop,Oil & Water-Free,4500Psi/30Mpa. I bought 6 month ago for $250 and it works great for my Gun's and the Scuba tanks.

    What is better

Yeah, i have a little buddy bottle for hunting. This way the gun stays light, and I can refill air if needed to in the stand or at the car. But then again how many shots do you really use hunting?

    Is lubricating pellets necessary?

I guess pellet oil seals the projectile in the breach a bit better than not using oil. My guess is that the results may vary with what type/brand of pellets you use.

    Compressed Air to N2

Cool, Let us know if you see any performance changes with Nitro. I have a Umarex Komplett that I swap between Nitro, co2 and compressed air. The performance varies between them, but is consistent with the type of propellent you want to use.

    What is better

I do a lot of bench rest shooting, and I find instead of having a big tank on every gun I purchased some Firefighter SCBA Cylinder Air Tanks on ebay. This way I can refill all my guns on the fly at the range or in the field and I can tether my gun to the tank when shooting at the bench for a...

    Compressed Air to N2

I was always told to completely drain the tank when swapping to Nitro. Not sure if that is true, but IMHO i'm switching for a reason and so I like complete change overs. Then you can see how the performance of your gun changed.

Introducing myself - asking for advice on a new airgun while I'm at it.

The technology, speed , power and accuracy Nodaway's is simply amazing. I started with one Umarex and 9 month later I have 5 rifles i...

A tip about tightening;don't over due it, especially

My dad always said after "tight' comes "off", when working on his car . There is some hard earned wisdom that still pops in my head now and then

    Keeping track of your airguns.

I find stickers on the compressor and bottles the most efficient way. Every time I use the bottle the sticker reminds me to verify gun/pressure. 4 of my 5 guns use the 250bar while the .357 uses 300bar. that can mess up things up quickly if you don't pay attention.
