FX Smooth Twist and Polygonal barrels in .177 which is best?
Troy, thank you for the info. My barrel is a regular SmoothTwist, not the SmoothTwist-X. I want to shoot at close to 20 foot-pounds, so it sounds like I need to change the barrel for best accuracy. Any other comments would be appreciated. Roger Barker- RogerB

FX Smooth Twist and Polygonal barrels in .177 which is best?
Guys, I have an older FX Royale 400 in .177 with a smooth twist barrel. Are these barrels more or less accurate than the polygonal barrels that were be sold at the time? How do they compare in accuracy with the standard Lothar-Walther barrels? Any input would be appreciated. Roger Barker- RogerB
