I got a FX Panthera compact in 22 about a week ago and it seems I have the same tune as you. Finally I was able to sight it in this morning and I get about 2 full magazines in one fill. Here’s are 10 shot groups each that I did after sighting it at 20 yards.

Well as they say there is no free lunch. But the Panthera Amp II reg is supposed to be much beefier than the "old" original Amp. Paired with a beefier valve assembly I wouldnt worry about over working a Panthera. I think they have some minor quirks but FX did a pretty good job building a slug...

Buy a tin of H&N hollow point heavy slugs in a weight you like or a couple weights. Thats what works best in my 2 impact m3's and my panthera. One impact is a .22 the other is a .25 and the panthera is a .22. the .22 impact and panthera both love the .218 34 gr. H&N and the .25 loves the .250...
