HW/Weihrauch Velocities from Hw50 Plinkers kit?

I can't speak specifically to the Plinkers kit, but I have an Anschutz sighted HW50 sporting an ARH walnut stock and spring kit that I've assumed was either the Plinker before the namesake, or similar. If I break it down, I'll measure the gauge and coil count. It's a fantastic shooter, easy to...

    Other Break Barrel VS. Underlever

At that point just grab an old FWB 300S Jr. and install an ARH Arctic spring. You won't be sorry.

    Other Break Barrel VS. Underlever

I have break barrels, under levers, side levers, and even a few pcp's! Here's 2 consecutive five shot 25m groups through an underlever 97K this past week. Vortek PG4 full power kit on this one. Love my break barrels but when shots count I grab the 97K, TX200, FWB300, etc....

What was your first Pellet Rifle?

Daisy Powerline 880 that my uncle gave to my father. It was the spark. Had many other Daisy and Crosman models in my youth. I purchased a used AA Pro Elite 25+ years ago as my first really serious air rifle. What an introduction to springers that was! Wish I had that one back, but I've acquired...

    HW/Weihrauch A little love for the 97K!

It's my only laminate rifle, but I like the blue contrast with the black(blued)metal. Thanks!

    HW/Weihrauch A little love for the 97K!

I don't give this 97K near enough attention, but every time I do it sure delivers. Others are more challenging to shoot well and perhaps that's why it doesn't get the range time as I'm working to figure all of them out. It's perhaps the best shooting all of my Weihrauch, Air Arms, FWB, and...

    HW/Weihrauch Oh no, Mr. Bill!

Love mine.! The silver .177 was a German 7.5 joule model. I saved the nearly new oem parts but polished it all up and installed the Maccari ARH Ultra Pro Mk2 tune kit. It's just perfect. The blued .22 has stock internals. I'm just shooting it in and enjoying the process. You can't go wrong with...

N/A What’s the most beautiful airgun you’ve owned?

Hard to beat the classic tuned up TX, but the little HW30 decked in Claro walnut looks almost as it good as it shoots with the Vortek PG4 kit.

    HW/Weihrauch Stainless HW guys

I think I recall discussion now that you've jogged my memory. I did buy the Gehmann sight from a member at what I thought was a great buy. It's an absolutely fantastic piece.

    HW/Weihrauch Stainless HW guys

I've purchased from AOA, but nothing Gehmann. I've picked up diopter stuff here and there from forum members and also some bits from Creedmoor Sports.

Airgun Technologies The Future of Springers – Are We Still in the Game?

Have several more than a dozen and just bought another. This one an Air Arms Pro Sport walnut. This platform has been engineered to perfection. Always room to polish and tune if you have that skill. Many fine examples exist; AA, FWB, Weihraurch, Walther, etc.... Nothing new and trendy. Just...

HW/Weihrauch What gun did you wish you’d have kept?

Not impossible. I have a British Tomahawk in .22. Beech stock and I do wish it was walnut. Had it for 25 years, or so. Hasn't been shot much. Most of my springers are pretty tame, but the Tommy is a big hammer with fairly good manners.

HW/Weihrauch What gun did you wish you’d have kept?

Air Arms Pro Elite I had briefly around 25 years ago. Money got tight and sold it not knowing how limited the production would be.

HW/Weihrauch Pellet Weight for Beeman R7

And I'll expand, the R7/HW30 is at the lower end of the power spectrum. I really can't fathom a heavier pellet than an 8.4g regardless of tune. 7.33-8.4 is the spectrum for that platform. And it can be an absolutely fantastic shooter in that range.
