first of the 2240 tube isn't rated for any pressure because the tube takes none the CO2 cart seals on the valve face back in the day when there were few if any PCP pistol the 2240 was use as a base you pinned the valve got all the gear and made a low pressure PCP be we are not in those times...

I figured that would be the case. 😁 Very similar to my firearm collection. This first one will be primarily for critter reduction. I'm sure a competition PCP will be in the near future as I already compete in centerfire and rimfire PRS matches.

Must regulated rifles have that problem. Just very few regulated PCP's shoot first shot without that problem. Indeed is something to keep in mind for hunting purposes. My big game PCP rifle is a Wolverine HP .30 Cal NON REGULATED. Precisely to have perfect accuracy on the first shot.
