Not good with slugs as per review. Barrel twist is to slow, something like 1/26. If you insist, try light ones like 48g. This platform is supposed to be awesome with pellets, but tuning is required- and patience. Good luck 😊👍

IMHO, the 18g pellet it seems to me to be a bit obsolete, 15.9 or “16”g have the weight of the hunting pellets and the 25.4g have dome and hades as well for higher powered platforms. 18g seems almost outdated.
