    Air hose inanity

I've stuck with the GX hoses. I have 5 now and plenty of o-rings. Also have 2 of the Tuxing braided hoses off Amazon, simply for the length. Took a few returns to get one's that didn't leak under the braid. Also had one rupture. But 2 I have now have lasted nearly a year, one is on my filter...

Google, What would it I need to enter into the air gun hobby?

N/A First PCP - need advice (Notos vs Stoeger Scout)

Got a Stoeger .25 Bullshark a few months ago myself. Wanted a light compact truck/walking around gun. Noise isn't a concern for me. Really enjoying it, just nearly out of pellets and broke due to repair work on wife's car. When possible I want a Ranger as a bench shooter/plinker. I recommend...

Robert Lane closing shop for indefinate period

This is link to the Universal Huma Reg Tester on their website. They have a How To video included there. If you don't have a bottle I'm guessing you could still use it with directly from compressor. Would only have air in the hose and compressor cylinder for few functionality test though. But...

Robert Lane closing shop for indefinate period

They're regulator tester isn't a cheap tool for a single use since it only fits the Huma's (anything else requires and adapter, sold separately if they even have one in stock). However, I after getting one found it a very efficient process for setting the regulator, even if I never use it again...

    GX CS4 Owner's Manual?

Just went a found my manual. Apologies I was a bit off on what it said. But they really don't require a lot of grease. I'm now following the method I described above, deadheading test every few hours and a little grease if it's slowing down.

    GX CS4 Owner's Manual?

Actually need to go light on the grease. They don't need much. My owners manual actually say one full when it begins slowing down. That's doing regular deadhead test and if the time begins increasing then grease. Here a link, to thread of me inspecting my cylinder after 100 hrs. Apparently I'd...

What did you do airgun related today.

Took my .25 Bullshark out and shot peachs off wild peach trees in my yard. They're tasty but small and 90% pit, so not worth picking. But find they're dang good off hand, yardage estimating practice. The direct hit gives good solid whack, and the little sucker simply explode. Just clip them and...

You could also post this signs and let others knock down the nest.🤣

    Hornets nest

I've always sprayed Hornets nest at night. Attack them when it's cool and they're more inactive. I've also shined a dim light from opposite direction I'll approach from and put something to create a silhouette there, if it can move slightly the better, gives them something else to attack besides me.

Robert Lane closing shop for indefinate period

Look up post by our member @JD. He's got the knowledge on Snowpeaks. Also here's link to my YT playlist on Stoger Bullshark disassembly and reassembly since the basically same gun internally according to JD. https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PL2joq5dmbW0j-fym4pKRh4WQE-0nQ3MP7&si=zrVrdqzaKqnsB84U

🤔 Wonder if it has the low power valve. Here's link to getting spare parts if needed. https://spares.bagnallandkirkwood.co.uk/spa/spa-p15-air-rifle-spare-parts/

What was your first Pellet Rifle?

This long forgotten Daisy was found in a box in back of my attic crawl space when doing some electrical wiring. It will shoot but really about junk now. It was seriously used and abused and no telling how many pellets went through it. Can't recall how young I was, but shot a little bird with it...

    SET UP FOR THE NEWBIE

I've never bought anything I didn't need, even if I only used it the one time and have forgotten where it is now...lol Seriously though, while budget guns and accessories can be fine, if you're not a tinkerer they can be full of frustrations and disappointments. This is the place to research...

Robert Lane closing shop for indefinate period

I recently got the Huma reg w/extra large plenum for my Stoeger Bullshark, essentially same gun as Snowpeak, and I also got the regulator tester. Anyway, according to the tape gauge the reg came set ar 110 bar by the indicator mark on the set screw. There was also a tiny allen screw included...

    GX CS4 Owner's Manual?

GX also sales replacements for the rubber diaphragm. IMO. They are a better quality rubber than the one from the factory.

Stoeger Stoeger XM1 Bullpup How Tune Down?

Yes Clockwise to lower. Got a .25 Bullshark, and got my regulator out of whack attempting from front of tube. Reg adjustment screw kept moving when tightening back down lock nut. Ended having no clue where it was set. And since I didn't remove it and measure in the beginning, as was just...

    Amazon SCBA adapter for refill

I use this. Probably not best option. They do have a Filling Station, but I didn't have that money at the time. One thing is certain though, you don't have to wonder about Air Tanks Plus products quality or safety. I removed the internal one-way valve so can fill tank, and fill gun from tank...
