Recommend never starting compressor under pressure. A design which isolates filter while allowing compressor and fill whip to be depressurized sounds better. WM

Wouldn't consider any Air Venturi Avenge-X model as beautiful but Classic (wood grain) tube-fed is sharpest of the bunch, IMO. Prefer functionality over beauty in airguns so synthetic is first choice. Nothing wrong with wood just hate that first dent or scratch. WM

Haven't followed Avenge-X pricing but if anyone asked I'd suggest Pyramyd Air, around major holidays, when special discounts often show up. If PA drops regular pricing to move product, I'd try to combine that with special holiday discounts for extra savings. WM
