This... I'm somewhat new to the tuning game but the way I understand it is that it's a balance between reg and hammer spring settings. I understand it as, after you adjust the reg you'll want to adjust the HS to the knee then back off just a tad. Someone will correct me if I'm wrong.

Scotty, the part with arrow was moving when the wheel was turned. It has to attach to the wheel so when the wheel is turned it moves back or forth to adjust the hammer. I also read somewhere you should not turn the wheel when gun is cocked.
