New owner of brk bantam sniper xr 25 cal

@fishing43 - That is a very generous gift! Brocock makes some great rifles. I am sure he is going to have some good times with it. I have had my Brocock Ghost for almost a year now, trouble free. The only thing I have changed on mine is the grip. Simple and easy upgrade...

    My Next Airgun

I am gonna say that was a powder burner. Do they classify cannons as weapons of mass destruction? People make the silliest videos.

Preference - Top Three Airgun Outfits

I will give a vote to Trenier Airguns. Good selection of wares and excellent customer service with fast shipping. Great place for pellets. https://www.trenierairguns.com/

    What pellets to order?

Pyramyd Air, Airguns of Arizona, Trenier and The Pellet Shoppe are all great vendors. I suggest shopping around and seeing who has the best deals. I had to purchase Falcon 7.3's from Pyramyd this weekend because no one else had them for sale. Last week Trenier had Air Arms 10.3's for only...

HW/Weihrauch The Saga of my HW95

I agree. I have a few Weihrauch rifles and they all needed a tune from the factory. The exception was a synthetic HW30. It came from the factory making the "thunk" sound and shoots a strong 600 fps with FTT's. Great little rifle.

Airgun Technologies The Future of Springers – Are We Still in the Game?

The pressure setting should either make or break the rifle. Being able to lower the fps should make the rifle more manageable and perhaps more accurate. Supposed to have a decent trigger as well. Would be a great starter rifle for a young shooter. if they ever come available I might...

Sheridan Reuniting with a long-lost love

I agree completely. The Blue Streak was my first "real" pellet rifle. I found a NOS 1973 Blue Streak rifle still in the original box. Never been shot. I traded him a beat up R9 and I ran out of the building before he realized I had stolen his rifle.

Airgun Technologies The Future of Springers – Are We Still in the Game?

The new Omnistorm is Pyramyd's attempt at bringing affordability and accuracy to the game. I am tempted to purchase one to see what they have done. The price seems pretty competitive. I am always glad to see a new rifle in the market...

Other Beginner 10m Air Pistol Men

Hello and welcome to Airgun Nation. The Crosman 1701p or the Crosman 2300 are great starter pistols. Co2 works well in a basement, no PCP madness needed. Easy start to the rabbit hole. https://www.airgunrevisions.com/product/crosman-2300s-silhouette-competition-co2-air-pistol-177-caliber/

do match grade pellts really shot that better?

So how big of a hole are we talking about? At what distance? Ten meter seems to be the standard. Those guys are serious business. At that level I am sure they are all shooting pellets that have been sorted and sorted and then sorted again...

Anyone else guilty of tracking a package you've SENT?

I usually track my packages or orders. Sometimes it feels like a watched pot refusing to boil. It took the USPS 19 days to go from Georgia to Michigan via Florida and Colorado and Indiana a few times. Pure incompetence. They really need to privatize the USPS.

    Indoor Target Backstop?

I use a wooden box with a steel plate in the back and twenty pounds of duct seal in front. No ricochets and is silent. Works great for pistol work. I have a steel .22 trap for function checks. I wrap it in a blanket to control the sound level but it is still ear protection required loud.

Benjamin Marauder thumb rest install issue

I really like that mod, glad it worked out. I have a couple of rifles with the bolt action. I usually use a single shot tray. Have you tried one yet? I have better accuracy with them than a magazine. From a knuckle dragger perspective, I agree with removing the stock first. I think the...

HW/Weihrauch HW77K: Does Anyone Hunt or Pest With One?

On my HW77 the rear cap and the rifle tube did not line up exactly from the factory. This caused the dovetail to not line up. Yours might not be lined up exactly either. I had a hell of a time getting it to line up. I had to get creative with some leather and a wrench to get mine to line up...

    N/A Walther LP400 Can Duty

Took the Walther LP400 out for a spin this weekend. This can was resting on a stick at thirty yards. 10 meter pistols are no joke. Probably 100 shots worth of damage. Wrecks HOSPs and Starlings around the feeder. Here is a shot from the deck to 30 yards. Added a picture of the Walther.

HW/Weihrauch HW77K: Does Anyone Hunt or Pest With One?

Congratulations on your new rifle. I have a soft spot for HW77's. It is the model that got me started down this rabbit hole to begin with. I use an Optisan 3-12x32 CP on mine. Very nice eye box and a great (albeit a little fine) reticle. If you are shooting under thirty yards I would go...

What Airgun do you shoot on the 4th of July

I had a blast with some of my springers. HW30, HW50, HW97k and the TX200 all saw duty yesterday. God Bless America!
