Another way to clarify a bit. I would use the macro more on a tuned gun to adjust power to a situation , where as the micro is what is concentrated on more for tuning.

Like has been said it is a balancing act between reg pressure and hammer pre load. As far as macro and micro think of it this way. Your amount of hammer pre load will be noted down below the micro adjuster with a pointer pointing at a number. That is the important “spot” irregardless of the two...

In my opinion a 500mm dreamline isn’t a gun to put a heavy liner in. It isn’t going to push the weight slugs requiring that liner.

I’ve had great luck with just about all their .25 cal. 25.39, 29 and 33.95 grain.

I have had experience in the past with pin probes not properly seating the ammo in the right spot in the chamber also causing big consistency issues. Why I was wondering. If the pin probe is not the proper length the ammo might be partially covering the port, or maybe even too far past 🤷‍♂️...

Well said. Yeah you still will have to set the reg appropriately to the caliber etc you are using. The beauty of it is you just have to ballpark it. Doesn’t need to be exact like a mechanical gun. My biggest complaints about the platform are no off switch and worse battery life than Skout...
