If the red wolf regulator was not working at all so it was unregulated it wouldn't be too bad. I expect my under $500 SPA guns to be under 20 ES and under 5 std dev.

I hope it is the easy to fix tuning issue. My Caiman velocity decreased like this because the regulator was not venting between shots.. If tuning doesn't fix it that is another possible cause.
