    New Need Help Choosing Rifle

I started out with a break barrel and was ok at 30 yards but, then I saw a pcp for the first time and at that point I gave the break barrel to my brother in-law and bought a regulated pcp, better accuracy and longer ranges. Most 25 cal get 24 shots or more with .22...

FX 2nd gun in a month.

You’ve made some great choices for your first and second air rifles. My Panthera is a very consistent long range rifle. I’m very hay with it. As for a scope, I put an Athlon Helos Gen 2 on top. Very repeatable turrets that I trust to dial up and down and always come back to zero. Kenny

EDgun Tuning questions for Edgun Matador R5

Hello! I have a Matador R5 in .30cal, with a huma regulator and power plenum that i bought used. (My first PCP air rifle) I chrony’d the gun at shooting between 790-800 consistently on all shots with jsb 44.75. It is super accurate at this setting, but I want to increase power to 890-900fps...

JTS First Problem with the "Cuda"

So, I have been leaving My rifle Connected to My tank and added air as needed. After the bottle reached My desired PSI I just left it hooked up to the Tank. It's been hooked up for about 4 days. I shot the Tank down to about 2000 psi and said, time to top the tank off again. It has turned pretty...

Air Arms would like to know - Do you remember your first air rifle?

My first air rifle was a Marauder, about 5 years ago. My first air pistol was a Pardini k60 purchased from Don Nygord in the mid nineties. The reason I got into airguns is that I hated picking up brass from the powder burners. While on my hands and knees and my father yelling, “get the brass...

    FX Skeptical

I would say to grab lunch first because I don’t think you’ll be eating much crow. I doubt that anyone is shooting consistent half inch groups at 200 yards with an air rifle. Kenny

    Ataman ATAMAN M2R BULLPUP .357

I don't think you can handle this task even with a diagram. It's not easy to service this rifle, you need to disassemble the air cylinder,to change the О-rings and clean the filling valve. for this you need a special tool that only the manufacturer has. In addition, you will never put properly...

FX FX Impact M4 Sniper problem. Help needed!

The m4 has been having valve or valve rod problems iirc. You probably popped the valve at the power block, id look there first. Did the gun dump all its air after the pop or did it basically lock up the valve mechanism.?

    Introduction

Hello all. I recently became interested in air guns back in April, after accidently coming across the sport with a parallel hobby. As luck would have it, a former colleague sent me his old air rifle to use as a learning platform. Fast forward to today, and I now have 4 air rifles (including...

Air Venturi PCP setup for iguana problem

Several reasons, first and foremost is that they operate in suburban areas and often shoot iguanas in trees, and over-penetration or missed shots violate rule 4 and pose a potential risk to people. They often use compact 22 air rifles that are easy to carry around a property, tuned to like 700...

    Compact scope recommendations

That's what I got for my new (and first air rifle) Marauder. So far, I really like it. My only "complaint" is that I wish the magnifcation ring had a detent stop on 10X, which is where the reticle mildots are calibrated.

    New Need Help Choosing Rifle

Welcome to the world after you have fallen through the Rabbit Hole, LOL. Did not include compressor cost. Mine was $1500.

    New Need Help Choosing Rifle

Are you including a compressor with that $3-4k estimate? I just ordered everything I need (<---link to thread) for a tick over $2k. That included a fill tank (instead of a compressor). Still not cheap, to be sure! But not $4k, either. :) But if this air rifle thing turns into a "thing" for me...

    New Need Help Choosing Rifle

I've got a Marauder Regulated Lothar on the way. My first "real" / "grown-up" air rifle. I have never heard of the "SAM" model. Got a link? ETA: I just figured out "SAM." Semi-auto. I should hopefully have "first shots" next weekend and will report back!

    Benjamin Marauder tank modification

I just got my first real air rifle last week - a regulated Marauder with LW barrel (and picatinny rail). I am VERY impressed with the precision this rifle is capable of. I'm a long-time firearms enthusiast and had been thinking about getting an air rifle for several years. Just last week, I...
