    Potentially stupid compressor question

Yeah I'll probably just get a dedicated compressor+tank at some point, instead of trying to be cheap and ending up making a very expensive mistake. I race my car and adjust tire pressure down as the heat in the tires build up. I was hoping to get a nicely-portable solution to quickly refill all...

Good choice for a PCP Compressor ($399) the ToAuto A3 (Full Review) 12v/110v/220v

Here's a Yong Heng clone that has been converted to closed loop/portable operation, but the compressor section is visible. The piston type for the Yong Heng and Yong Heng clones is very different from the previous ones.

    Seeking advice: Home-filling a 100 cu ft 4500 tank

There are a number of variables to address when attempting to answer "what to get" type of questions. First on my list is budget. What are you comfortable spending to get where you want to be? Next would be the size or foot print you can deal with for the compressor. Another question to ask...

    Recommendations on small tanks

Greetings, I am brand - new to air gunning and looking at buying a portable, small SCBA tank (I have an Umarex Zelos rifle). Can anyone give me some guidance? Also, I plan on trying to fill it with my CS4- I compressor. Do I need to buy a male - to- male connector? Thanks in advance! R/ John

Best upgrade that improved my enjoyment of PCP guns.

On my second compressor over 4 years...just purchased a Readyair G2 oilless portable air compressor by Umarex Airguns USA. Fast, very quiet, can actually hear myself think sitting next to it running! Has a built-in water collector but still using my old USA made Alpha in-line moisture filter...

    GX CS4-I (water-cooled) or AEA 480 BAR/7000 PSI (air-cooled)

I know the price difference is almost $200, but deciding which one to get, I do like the digital layout of the AEA but from videos it looks like it vibrates badly. The GX seems proven and good value for the money. Thoughts...

Anyone see the new JTS compressor?

Got an email from Pyramyd air with the advertisement. It's obviously the GX CS4 Internal but in black. I really like the way it looks and GX makes a heck of a compressor. JTS COMP100 Portable PCP Compressor with Auto Stop They want $900 so I wonder if there is come sort of upgrade from the...

    My mind says buy this

What about parts for the CS4-I Portable PCP Air Compressor? 70 dBa would be a welcome change for fillings guns at the bench.

Air Venturi How often do you drain out water?

I wish there are reviews of filtration systems that are as well done as rifle reviews. Pretty hit and miss out there. Here's one unit I'm finding that looks reasonable. My end goal is to find a good filter that does not cost more than my gun, is portable enough to take along shooting, and does...

Recommendations for Battery Powered Air Compressor

This may be what you are looking for. I have read good things about this particular battery powered compressor but have no experience: (https://gxpumpofficial.com/collections/portable-pump/products/gx-l3-18v-lithium-battery-pcp-air-compressor-4500psi-320bar-32mpa-set-pressure-auto-shutoff ) ...

    Potentially stupid compressor question

The portable tank might be the way to go if you want speed - the 10 gallon one should hold enough air to top off all four. Here is the one I have - the aluminum is nice and light compared to the steel ones, but steel is cheaper...

What did you do airgun related today.

2 more tree rats down. Poked holes in paper in the workshop after. @17m, 24 targets (3 mags)...one or two 9s...the rest 10s and Xs. 500psi loss. Still no chrono...working on that. The new portable shooting bench works fine. The new GS compressor is doing its job. Happy happy...but jonesing for...

Please help me pick a complete compressor setup

I am totally new to the PCP game and am in the process of buying a FX Dreamline in .22. I think I will very likely add a few more rifles in the future, but I do not anticipate anything larger than .25. Thus, here are my criteria: 1) Ability to fill multiple rifles in a reasonable amount of...

Which compressor do you like best?

Budget, budget, budget...after years of using budget priced compressors I decided "I was worth it" and bought a Coltri MCH6 ICON. Very happy with it! BUT - the GX CS-4 or GX CS-4i are both the best in class for smaller, portable and lower cost compressors. Check them out - you won't regret it!

will gx cs4i fill a 9l scba tank

Its a huge time savings at the range for me with limited range time. I want to shoot a bunch not listen to an annoying compressor fill. Top off from tanks like 3-4 seconds. If you can shoot at home and every(or any) day its not something i would mess with.
