You should not be getting water in your pcp's. You should make sure that the compressor has proper water/moisture filtration prior to filling guns. I personally used a yong heng from the beginning and drained the moisture valve on the compressor every 5 minutes or so. i also replaced the cotton...

Pyramid has the regulated flash, and under its specifications it says 250 bar max fill. I would assume that is the maximum safe fill pressure.
