No matter WHICH portable you decide upon you'll do it a big service by not running your tank below 200 bar. Might have to top off a little more often but compressor run time will be shorter. Rule #1 with ALL inexpensive compressors is BE KIND to it! You'll be glad you did. Have a safe trip!

I'm sure this is a common scenario. My T Veteran uses a probe to fill. My in-coming Ghost uses a foster fitting. I have a portable air compressor (GX3-I). Is there a way to avoid having to change out the compressor fill hose fitting to work for both guns? Thanks

I have been looking at the GX E5K2 and the Omega Air Charger 4500psi Compressor, but I still have not decided which one yet. I will be filling 75 and 100 cu-ft air tanks that we use. I already own the CS1-I portable pump, and that has been working great for topping up the air guns!!

...But if I want to shoot a lot the bottle will get empty and because it's expired getting it filled is not simple. But a little portable compressor would work fine if a little slowly for lots of refills. So bottle + bigger compressor for local and small battery capable compressor for longer...

Here is a tip that I read about someplace that works so I will pass it on . Use a portable fan in conjunction with your compressor to keep it cool while filling . While topping off a bottle with a cheap compressor I watched the temp quickly rise to 50 and climbing . I put the portable fan on it...
