    Yong Heng compressor cooling mods

I use heat-resistant silicone hoses, which are thick-walled and won't kink in the heat or harden due to the antifreeze, which is important. I also use fans for the electric motor cooling, which also cool the first-stage cylinder. All of this makes the compressor the first choice in terms of...

    Yong Heng compressor cooling mods

I've now installed a Yong Heng ewin piston/cylinder kit in my VEVOR, as the high-pressure section is significantly better constructed than the VEVOR (piston rings/high-pressure valve). Everything fits perfectly on the VEVOR. The only thing is that the VEVOR has a better cooling housing...

You can see a carbon barrel stiffener, which puts the barrel under tensile stress and thus stiffens it

    Yong Heng compressor cooling mods

The background of my work is that everything remains mobile without much effort. The large separator is also only used for bottles, so it is not mounted directly on the compressor. Unfortunately, most conversions are often pure handicrafts, which exclude any mobility, ...... neither compact or...

    Yong Heng compressor cooling mods

This is my final product. When I fill bottles, I use the separate oil/water separator. I didn't mount it on the compressor to keep everything mobile. The VEVOR sheet metal housing is more suitable for cooling the oil.... YongHeng has installed better high-pressure valves.....so I make a clone...

    Brocock/BRK Shortest and effective moderator

My modified original AEA silencer (complete interior and exterior new) is a gain for my 50 Cal. The original one only works as an absorber and is extremely loud with my revised Challenger, now with chambers and jacket outlets..... it`s ok. Bigger Cal. more Problems:D

    Compression ring Material???

The material is the same on some compressors. The brown rings for the 2, Stage. I dont ask for spareparts...i ask for the type of material.

    Zero distance

Normally I zero at the point where the projectile, with my force settings, goes above and below the laser line of the scope. Not somewhere you want to go. Before that, I set my scope mount and the turret to zero.

Lets See Ideas For Quiet Big Bore Ammo Traps

Any inert mass can stop projectiles. Sand... Rubber mulch or liquids. The decisive factor is what is well applicable in a bullet trap. I think Rubber mulch is the best.

    Compression ring Material???

Does anyone know what material the brown high-pressure sealing rings are made of? Delrin or Teflon or another plastic? Since spare parts are often not available, or with a waiting time, I want to make my own in stock. I think white Teflon is too soft. The brown plastic feels harder when it comes...

    Yong Heng compressor cooling mods

Update......... I'm still waiting for the fans and the separator. The water pump was mounted in the compressor housing. So a compact mobile system

    Yong Heng compressor cooling mods

Here's my solution to the heat problem. Coolers and separators are still to come. The water pipes are brazed directly to the air pipes for better heat transfer. The engine, the first stage and the oil are also cooled very well. Simple, clean and mobile. Some conversions seem a bit to playful to me.
