When using mills, I think in terms of 1000s of inches for the range. 100 yards is 3600 inches. Move the decimal three places and you have 3.6″ At your range of 67 yards, multiply by 36 gives you the range in inches = 2412 inches. Therefore, one mill is 2.412 inches.

It is a lot easier start using meters for your ranges instead when using mils. 100 meters works out to 100 mm or 10 Cm. Your 61 meters (67 yards rounded) is 61mm or 6.1 cm.
