Hey guy good to talk to you.

I've rebuilt the valve …all o-rings installed but still no pressure build-up. I've rebuilt this rifle once before with good results, that is it worked great. This time no-go. I figure the front end of the piston assembly is worn…the cup and felt. I'm working on getting a brand new assembly as we speak…and a new (new/old) brass bolt.

I forgot to ask…I can see a piece of what looks like a piece of steel tubing about a half an inch long in the end of the sear spring against the sear block stop. I don't see/find it on any of the exploded views of the rifle or on the parts list. Would you know what it's for or why someone might have installed it?

Thanks again.
