i have a .22 red wolf also. only two months old. my rifle started out with similar results as yours. after a good barrel cleaning the groups tightened up. my RW seems to be picky about barrel cleaning. after 200 – 300 pellets the groups go to hell. but it is getting better the more i use it. mine shoots JSB jumbo monster redesigned 25.39 gr & H&N baracuda long range hunting 21.14 gr very good. 1/2" at 50 yards. it will get better!!!
