I work on commercial refrigeration systems, including refrigerated air dryers. As others already pointed out, this is not designed for high pressure air. However, if you have a standard shop compressor, you could feed the air from it into the air dryer, then run the output air from the dryer to a regulator that reduces the air pressure back to less than 10 psi (5 psi would be better) before plumbing it into the air intake of your HPA compressor. Hankison air dryers are top notch at what they are designed for, so good for you on getting your hands on one. Let us know how it works. Feel free to PM me if you have any questions about plumbing it in.
