I recently emailed him about working on my kral. Asked about some valve work and a tune but he never got back to me. Not good business skills imo. Craftsmanship is only part of the business, as communication is a very important part. I ordered a quiet kit last year and it took forever to get it. I figured it was that he was busy but now I see he just isn’t good at business. There are plenty of other good tuners that also communicate with their customers.
