Being under warranty, FX should be doing the repair free of charge.
But if this condition is what appears to be an inherent condition of an engineering design flaw, I would hope FX would take appropriate measures to ensure changes such as your detailed instructions are on fixing the problem.
So the question now is, if they don’t address a change, is this a problem that will reoccur every few months???
Oh and by the way, FX N.C. opens at 9 am M-F, I called at 9:10 am, left a message, but had no response. Then I remembered that I had to call for several days before they got back to me when I sent it in the last time. For such an expensive product line, I’d think that customer service would be better.
