Google is your friend-here’s a video in which the barrel of a Crosman Phantom is removed. It should be very similar to your Benjamin as far as the way the barrel is attached.
Pay careful attention and take pics of how things go together so reassembly goes smoothly. Lube the fork, the breech and the washers lightly with Moly lube when you reassemble. If the breech washers are plastic, see if you can find brass replacements the same size at a good hardware store. You may have to do some filing to make them beveled.
