Come on Peter, get with the program. Bryan here from NZ. welcome aboard A.N. I have a friend who has a Trail that cost him way too many $$. I went out to his place in the country and we had a little match. Poor old Bob didn’t fare too well against my little BSA Sportsman Hv in .22. What I’m trying to say, meaning no disrespect to the springer crowd is, get a PCP. Yes it will cost you a bit to begin with but I doubt you will regret it in the long run. No recoil, outststanding accuracy – the BSA will shoot under 1 inch groups at 100 meters quite often, 10 plus shot mags, and you sure have a great selection of weapons, gear, and suppliers in the US. I get nearly all my stuff there on my yearly trips from down under.
Wishing you all the best in Cal, and in your selection of firearm. Bryan
