When my Uncle Tommy passed one of the things his wife gave me was his favorite neck knife. California has a dumba$$ law against neck knives so I made this leather sheath. I wish I knew more about the knife but it’s about as vague as smart criminal in a interrogation room. Only marking is an etched hawk/eagle.
Made my first homemade tool. Also, was my first time welding something outside of welding class. I needed an extra deep socket to drop the tank on my truck so I cut the socket and welded it to another one. Worked like a charm.

Struggled with this lower ball joint for 2 weeks. Tried a couple of C clamp presses. Tried beating it with a sledge hammer. Best I got it was half way out. Had to order this press made specifically for full size trucks. It popped out the ball joint in 1 minute! Talk about right tool for the job.
